Who Are Qualified to Join
● Open to all customers residing in the Philippines.
● Must purchase at least ₱4,000 worth of adidas products from participating
BOOTCAMP stores during the promo period.
● Must submit complete and valid registration details through the official digital
raffle entry form.
Who Are Not Qualified to Join
● Customers with receipts dated before July 10, 2026 or after July 31, 2026.
● Customers who fail to submit complete registration details.
● Employees of Green Tee Inc., participating outlets, agencies, promo partners,
and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
How to Join
1. For every minimum net purchase of ₱4,000 worth of adidas items in a single
receipt transaction at participating BOOTCAMP stores, the customer earns one
(1) raffle entry for a chance to win an adidas World Cup Historical Mini Ball Set.
2. Multiple raffle entries shall be allowed, provided each entry corresponds to a
unique and valid qualifying receipt.
3. After purchase, customers must fill out the official digital raffle entry form
available at participating BOOTCAMP stores. Store staff will assist customers in
completing the submission process.
4. Participants must provide the following information in the raffle entry form:
○ Full Name
○ Postal Address
○ Mobile Number
○ Email Address
○ Proof of Purchase (upload a photo of the receipt with file format JPEG,
PNG, or PDF, maximum size of 10MB)
○ Order/Sales Invoice Number (last 5 digits only)
Where to Submit Entries
Qualified participants must submit their entries through the official digital raffle entry
form available at participating BOOTCAMP stores.
Deadline for Submission of Entries
All entries must be submitted on or before July 31, 2026, at 9:00 PM.
Schedule and Venue of Draw
● Date: August 3, 2026
● Time: 11:00 AM
● Venue: BOOTCAMP/Green Tee Inc. Head Office – 2/F Dominion Building, Arnaiz
Avenue, 833 Arnaiz Avenue, Legazpi Village, Makati City
● Method: Random electronic draw via official digital raffle system in the presence
of a DTI representative.
Determination of Winners
A total of two (2) winners shall be randomly selected electronically from all qualified
entries received.
Prize: adidas World Cup Historical Mini Ball Set
Total prize value: ₱22,000.
Number of Times a Participant May Join / Win
● Participants may join multiple times provided each entry corresponds to a
unique and valid receipt.
● A participant may only win once during the promo period.
Notification and Announcement of Winners
Winners will be announced on August 3, 2026, through the following official
BOOTCAMP channels:

● Instagram: @bootcampfootballshop
Winners will likewise be notified through:
● SMS from official sender name/code: BOOTCAMP
● Email
● Registered mail
Prize Specifications
● The prize is not convertible to cash.
● The prize is transferable.
● Each winner shall receive only one (1) adidas World Cup Historical Mini Ball Set.
Who Will Pay the 20% Tax for Prizes Over ₱10,000
BOOTCAMP shall shoulder the 20% prize tax.
Where and How to Claim Prizes
Winners shall claim their prizes at:
BOOTCAMP BGC
G/F West Gallery Place, 9th Ave. cor. 28th St. avenue, Bonifacio Global City.
To claim the prize, winners must present:
● One (1) valid government-issued ID
● Original receipt corresponding to the winning raffle entry
Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Unclaimed
prizes shall be forfeited in favor of BOOTCAMP with prior DTI approval.
