Is there a limit to the number of items I can purchase?
- Yes. You can only purchase a maximum of 5 for the same product for regular items and 1 for high-heat releases/launch products. We want to make sure that all items are only purchased by the end user and not resold in the market to protect our consumers. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we deem to be in breach of this rule.
How reliable is product availability?
- If your desired item is on the site then it should be available. In the event that the item is not available, it will be cancelled from your order.
What sizing formats does Bootcamp use?

Measurements of Nike products are in US sizing while Puma and Adidas are in UK sizing. For LGR and other local brands, they follow Asian sizing.

What if I am ordering in bulk for my team/club?

What delivery option is available?
- STM (Ship To Me): shipped to your doorstep Nationwide and International on selected items.
- Important Notice: For international orders, please note that the buyer will be responsible for covering any applicable local taxes.
- Please note that some international credit cards may not work on our platform, leading to payment issues during checkout. We recommend using Visa or Mastercard, as they are widely accepted and more likely to ensure successful transactions on our website.
What happens if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?
- Couriers will return to your address twice (total of 3 attempts) and if the order is still not claimed, it will be cancelled.
Do you deliver to an alternate/work address?
- Yes, we will follow the shipping address indicated in your order form.
What should I do if I don't receive my order within the expected delivery time?

How can I cancel an order?
